Actual Fulfillment Date not populated for Kit/PTO Model

Summary:

Along the lines of the 25B Feature - Update Fulfillment Date According to Completion Step, we have set a Pause Step in the Orchestration (after shipment) as the
Fulfillment Completion step. Therefore we expect the Actual Fulfillment Date to display the Completion Timestamp of the aforesaid Pause Step.
However, in case of Kits or PTO Models we see that the Actual Fulfillment Date gets populated for the Components only but not for the Parent Item.
Need to understand if this is a Bug or if there is any other setup required to ensure that the Actual Fulfillment Date gets updated for the Kit/PTO Model as well.
