How to get the Inactive Employees Assignment or Salary information in the User defined Columns

Good Day!

We have a requirement to get the Inactive Employees Last salary information in the Worksheet using the Fast Formula in the user defined columns. We have tried performing changes using the Fast Formula. However, the Assignment field is showing as blank in the page to test the formula.

Is it possible to get these Inactive Employees Last Salary information? If Yes, kindly assist me on this.

I have attached the reference Fast Formula that we have used. Please also check if anything need to be done.
