Lot control items in two orgs in work order

Hi

We have a scenario, where source and destination orgs are there. Two items, one ABC, for which we are having standard discrete work order which will give us inventory for XYZ, XYZ is the final output from WO.

So this two orgs can have same lot no in one org.

Then this XYZ goes to next org. and this XYZ qty we are transferring to many work order which items are lot controlled, so how to handle this scenarios
