Users with Maintenance manager seeded role not able to create a work orders.

Summary: Hi Team, we have created new users, and we have assigned the Oracle seeded role "Maintenance Manager" to these users and also provided the required data access for the respective Maintenance Organization. The users are able to view the Maintenance Management offering and access the Maintenance Management module successfully. However, while trying to create a Work Order through Maintenance Supervision, initially page was throwing the following error: "Error response during RestAction" and Now system is not throwing this error users are able to access Maintenance Supervision and create Work Orders, but they are unable to release the Work Orders.
