Expected Behavior for Create Opportunity Redirection from Microsoft 365 Outlook Plugin

In Oracle Sales, when a user selects Create Opportunity from the Microsoft 365 Outlook plugin, is it expected that the system redirects to new window differently based on whether an account is linked to the meeting? Specifically, if an account is linked, should the Create Opportunity page open as a side panel with the account auto-populated in background, and if no account is linked, should it open as a full page with the URL ending in edit?
