Split the updated timecard only

Summary:

We have monthly timesheet , Employee submit the time and Manager approve the same . Employee edit the same time after a month for 1 or 2 days.

Is it possible to send only the edit time card only for manager approval ie the day the employee edit

Example

Employee submit time card for the month of Jan 2026 and approved. For some reason, he edit the time card 15th Jan 2026. Our requirement is 15th Jan timecard only send to approval.
