Query to get Drop Ship supplier details for Orders

Hi,

Please advise, how to get the below supplier details by a query.

This is before the requisition created stage, and I have been trying to get the details from doo_fulfill_lines_all table, but the supplier_id is not fetching any data in the poz_suppliers table
