Work order charges line level parent asset

Summary:

Currently, the Parent Asset on the work order changes is restricted to the header level asset or any asset from the asset hierarchy underneath.

Customer has a use case, the debrief line should have a different asset for two reasons.

• Technician works on an asset other than the work order (to save another trip, specially when in offline mode)
• Business challenge to maintain the asset hierarchy

For example,

Technician had a work order for the forklift and was operating on it. During the execution, technician also noticed something on another asset.

This asset is not part of hierarchy. The technician fixes the problem (getting new work order created and assign it takes time — specially, when technician is offline).
