Additional Information on SO Headers (Redwood) not loading up

in Order Management

Summary:

We have enabled Redwood for Order Management and are able to see all the pre-defined fields and info. But when we open the Additional Information section on the Header, it just keeps on loading.

So, is someone else facing this issue? Do we need to check for any priveleges or run any Ess job to this?
