Besides Line Manager Approval, Replacement Employee(s) should be notified

Summary:

When an Employee records Absence, employee identifies his/her replacement(s) to carry out the duties. Besides Line Manager approval, this replacement employee(s) should get notified about the Absence information.

While applying Absences, employee don't see any feasibility to push the notifications to individuals or group.
