Work Order Id is not populated during FFS Activity Creation

Summary:

I have configured FFS Work order type in our instance (26A) and i see that when a new activity is created for an FFS Work order, it is not populating work order id in FFS.

Since it is NULL, i am unable to see any Oracle fusion Work Order attributes in Fusion field service. As per oracle documentation

To enable the native interaction with the Service Work Order, follow these steps:

  1. Configure Screens in Oracle Fusion Field Service and select the fields from the Work Order that should be shown on the corresponding page, such as Activity Details or Start Activity.
