Mail Audit Profile/Group - Not Persist Sent email

Summary:

1. Tender Withdraw Email – Mail Audit Issue (Rewritten Clearly)

We have a requirement to store the full “Tender – Withdraw” email, including its content, when it is sent through both Tender Withdraw – User Action and Tender Withdraw – Agent Action.

To support this, we created a new Mail Audit Group and enabled the required notification event SHIPMENT_TENDER_EVENT so the sent email would be persisted. However, this Mail Audit Profile is not firing.

As a test, we enabled the AUDIT_ALL Mail Audit Profile. This profile does capture the “Tender Withdraw” email under Mail Audit, but it does not store the full message content. Our requirement is to view the email
