AI Agent goals - create a goal

Summary:

Hello,

We have enabled the goal assistant agent for employee. One of the issue we have is that the Agent act like he can't actually create a goal meaning he cannot add it to the Goal Center.

As you can see in the screenshot below , the agent says that he has created the goal but then nothing appears in the system.

Is it an expected behavior?
