Sales order line status is not getting closed post fulfilment lines is closed post 26B upgrade

Post the 26B upgrade, we are observing that sales order lines are not being closed even after the corresponding fulfillment lines are closed. This change/behavior is not documented in the 26B release documentation.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Please share any observations and actions being taken to address it.
