Can we send Shipment Document to API from OTM with Shipment Details

Is there a possibility to send a document attached on the shipment in OTM to an API, Element Document. Currently when we are sending that , only the DocumentContent is going out, and DocumentOwner information having shipment gid and object type.

Is there a possibility to include more elements into it like the starttime and endtime, shipfrom and shipto locations etc.
