One user getting program validation errors, but other users experiencing no issue.

Summary:

We have a strange issue going on that no one from Responsys has been able to solve. One user (who has the same permissions as others in the account) cannot validate programs without the entire validation failing.

When this user presses "Validate" every stage in the program lights up red and the errors all show "exit and input paths missing" even though they are not. These are previously validated programs that will validate for other users. When the affected user does validate a program and gets the errors, other users then cannot go in and properly validate, it remains errored.
