Work Schedule Assignment Deep Link for Line Managers is not working

The same link opening for HR Specialist but for Line Manager it is showing blank page.

We don't want to give admin privileges to the Line Manager - Can some please help if any additional parameters we need to include here for it to get worked out. Currently we are trying to use this link in Journey Tasks for the Line Manager
