Ability to set Dispatch Console List View Columns Sequence and Width Globally/User Type

Hi Team,

Have below two queries:

  1. We have a requirement for business where they have shared the sequence of columns to be shown in dispatch console. This needs to be applied to all users or for a user type and then individual user can re-arrange update it from View—>Manage Columns as per their convenience.

I tried to update the sequence from Screen—>List View Columns but change does not get reflected for the user type.

So, how can we set the dispatch console column sequence globally?

2. We also noticed that when we right click on the column name, user can change the width of the column for himself as shown below:
