DCS Live Chat Working for Customers but Not Reaching Fusion Service Agents

Hi everyone,

I have successfully configured Live Chat in my DCS portal and customers can launch a chat, enter their details, and start a session.

The customer is placed in the queue and sees

"You are position 1 in the queue, expected wait 0s"

However, the chat never gets presented to an agent. On the Fusion Service side, the agent sees:

"We're not able to connect to Chat right now"

I'm looking for help from anyone who has successfully configured the integration between DCS and Fusion Service so that agents can receive and accept live chat requests.

If you've gotten this working end-to-end, could you please share the configuration steps or point me to the settings that enabled the chat to be delivered to agents?
