How to configure Ground service

Hi!

We are currently trying to configure Ground Services and have followed the steps below:

  1. Configure the Rate Service (RS) by creating a Rate Service of type GROUND SERVICE:


2) Create the corresponding Rate Offering (RO) and Rate Record (RR).

3) Create the Ground Service with the relevant parameters:

4) Perform a bulk plan for an order using the corresponding locations and applying a restriction on the Rate Offering.:

5) However, the order fails during the planning process.

Could you please assist us in reviewing the configuration and help us ensure that the Ground Service is correctly set up?
