Performance Management Overall Rating can not be used as filter in Workforce Compensation

Hello,

We are using the Workforce Compensation plan for performance calibration. We want to set the Performance Management Overall Rating as a filter and we have activated it in the plan

But we do not see it under the filters. Do you know if this is a system limitation or normal behaviour? (SR should be raised?)
