is there any DRG simulator?

Summary:

Hi all: I'm looking to practice and find out if some modifications to our DRG (have 1 per region) and thus two regions are doable.

Since GSSN3 and other stuff exist I'm trying to find out if there is a way to setup an DRG simulator to study the RPC, VPN, and Fastconnect connections in order to precheck modifications to DRG and find out possible failures.
