Changes in job model profiles not tiggering alert

Hello,

Just doing some testing for this functionality:

How can I enable alert notifications for changes in job model profiles that are part of careers of interest?

I have followed the steps

with my HR access I made an update to a job profile via My Client Groups > Profile > Job Profiles > edit and existing job and saved the update. But this has not trigger a in-app notification for the person.

Am I doing this correctly to trigger the notifications and am I missing an ESS job?

Currently on Redwood and 26B
