Has the "Areas of study" content section template been deprecated? I don't see it in LOV

While creating a person profile the template section dropdown at our project looks like this. There is no Areas of Study as template

However, the Oracle lab environment shows the following :

Why does the Area of Study template not show in our case? Has this been deprecated?
