Summary: When Manager Preparing Talent Review Content, Performance and Potential Ratings are not visible and can't edit also

Hi Team,

We prepared a talent review template and HR has scheduled talent review meeting. Next step we want managers to prepare talent review content for Talent Review meeting.

Here Employees are already having performance ratings (updated within Prior 6 months). But when manager Navigate to My Team > Talent Review Meetings > Prepare Review Content, Manager can't see employees Performance Ratings and Potential Ratings and can't even edit Performance and Potential ratings.

Manager can only be able to edit and update Impact of loss and Risk of loss ratings. And these ratings are going to update in Employee talent ratings page.
