Receipt method is not appearing in LOV when creating AR transaction.

Receipt method is not appearing in LOV when creating AR transaction. for some reason in the test instance the transaction is not able to save without the receipt method. The created receipt method not appearing in LOV. The LOV doesn't show any value. We have checked the receipt sources, classes and methods in the system including the bank accounts. Please assist on it.
