Can we track who has updated performance rating and from where it has been updated

Hi Team,

We are having a scenario where our performance and compensation cycles are running parallel. We integrated Workforce compensation plan with performance management Ratings. In this scenario if an employee’s performance document is in-progress status then the manager can update performance ratings from Compensation worksheet as well. That will update performance ratings back in Employee’s Performance document. In this scenario I couldn’t see from where employee’s rating has been updated in any of the performance redwood UI page.

Is there a place that we can track who has updated and from where rating got updated?
