On The Approval Notification for Performance Evaluation, the link under Related Link is inactive

Hello

On the Performance Evaluation approval notification, the link under Related Links is inactive. This issue appears to be isolated to a single manager and is not occurring globally.

As a troubleshooting step, I moved the task back and reassigned it to the first-line approver; however, the link remains unavailable.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or have suggestions on how to restore access to the link so the approver can review the evaluation prior to approving it?
