Job Offer salary defaulting to zero only in Redwood

Summary:

When the recruiters (or admins) enter the salary information into a job offer on the Redwood 26B UI the salary amount field will default to zero. If the recruiter uses the classic UI to create the job offer the salary amount field saves and then is also visible in the Redwood UI.

The screenshot below is when I first enter the salary amount:

After clicking "continue" I can go back to salary and it defaulted to $0.00. The same is true if I "save and close" or complete the process fully and select "submit." The offer letter then shows the salary amount as $0.00. Below are screenshots of the salary fields and the compensation section of the offer letter.
