Filtering for Delegates in Feedback Center

The filter is behaving differently than before and trying to understand why. Not sure if it was 'enhanced' in a release. The 'before' screenshot was on 26A Release. Curious if other customers have experienced this.

Currently - Delegates see a wide population similar to an administrative/global search
