Creation of Work Order using REST API '/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workOrders'

Hi Team,

We are creating Work Order using REST API '/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/workOrders'.
But when work Order is getting created it is defaulting all operations from BOM. It is not getting added what i am pasisng from payload.
Also it is not allwoing me to select "ExplosionFlag" to false.
