Is it possible to view each technician (Resource Instance) initials in My Mintenance Work

Summary:

Hi Team,

In the My Maintenance Work UI, when a user logs in as a Manager, Technician, or Supervisor, they should be able to see the assigned technician’s initials for each work order.

For example:

• WO1 — Assigned to Abhishek Tiwari — AT
• WO2 — Assigned to Rohit Kumar — RK
• WO3 — Assigned to Piyush Yadav — PY

These initials should be visible to every logged-in user, regardless of their role.

or atleast manager should have this feature, how will a manager be able to identify which work order is assigned to which technician?

If this functionality is available at the manager level, it would make it much easier to track work assignments and monitor progress at a glance.
