Would it be possible to have the sections under Talent Ratings expanded by default?

Business wants to confirm if it is possible to expand the sections by default under Talent Ratings.

Is there a way we can have the sections open when the page is loaded ?

When as a Manager when we navigate to My Team > Talent Review > Talent Profile Ratings > select the employee (direct report) > Talent Ratings Page.
