I have a business requirement to automatically launch a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey when an Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk request reaches a Resolved (or Closed) status.

The desired survey would contain approximately 10 questions, including:

  • Yes/No response questions
  • Open-ended comment fields
  • Overall service satisfaction feedback

I would like to understand:

  1. Does Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk provide any out-of-the-box capability to automatically trigger and capture a multi-question CSAT survey upon Help Desk request resolution or closure?
