I have a business requirement to automatically launch a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey when an Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk request reaches a Resolved (or Closed) status.
The desired survey would contain approximately 10 questions, including:
- Yes/No response questions
- Open-ended comment fields
- Overall service satisfaction feedback
I would like to understand:
