I noticed these tabs (see image attached) in a Vision/demo environment, but I haven't been able to find any documentation explaining:

  • If they are enabled through Feature Opt-In, profile options, or privileges
  • What setup is required to make them functional
  • Whether they are related to Digital Customer Service, Messaging, or another Oracle Service capability

Has anyone successfully enabled and configured these tabs in their environment?
