How do I enable, or are the Messages, Interactions, and Conversations tabs available out of the box

How do I enable, or are the Messages, Interactions, and Conversations tabs available out of the box within the Redwood Service Request details page in Oracle Fusion Service?

I noticed these tabs (see image attached) in a Vision/demo environment, but I haven't been able to find any documentation explaining:
- If they are enabled through Feature Opt-In, profile options, or privileges
- What setup is required to make them functional
- Whether they are related to Digital Customer Service, Messaging, or another Oracle Service capability
Has anyone successfully enabled and configured these tabs in their environment?
