How to create a ship-to site at customer account level using rest api createCustomer

Summary:

We are trying to create a customer using API /fscmRestApi/fom/11.13.18.05/customerForSalesOrders/createCustomer so that it can be used for creating sales order. On using this API Only the bill-to siteis getting created at customer Account level and ship-to site is not getting created.

Is it possible to create Ship-to site at customer account level using this API?
