Redwood Performance Document Submit button?

Summary:

We are at 26B.

Just enabled Redwood for Performance Document and Goals.

While testing, found that the Submit button is no longer on the Performance Document page.

In Responsive UI,

However in Redwood,

Without Submit button, how can the document move to next task?
