Oracle Cloud Free Tier account stuck in pwdmustchange state
Summary:
Hello,
I have an Oracle Cloud Free Tier account that was created approximately 3-4 years ago.
I can successfully authenticate with my username and password.
However, after login I am redirected to the password change page:
/ui/v1/pwdmustchange
When I attempt to change my password, Oracle displays the following error:
"The password cannot be changed because the password has not expired or an administrator has not generated a password change request."
I also used the "Forgot Password" option.
Oracle reports that a password reset email has been sent, but no email is received. I have checked spam, trash, and all mail folders.
