Deciphering WFM Events

in Workforce Management

Summary:

We have the Resubmit Time Cards job scheduled each night, and we have it set to analyze folks based on WFM Events. Occasionally we see time cards being reprocessed and we can't easily determine what triggered the WFM Event in the first place. I am able to obtain the WFM Event ID# from the Resubmit Time Cards log, but that itself doesn't tell me much. Does anyone know where I can look up the WFM Event to get more information on why it was triggered?
