Our client encountered this error message in Create Transactions Page - Error message: Cannot invoke "oracle.apps.financials.receivables.sharedSetup.model.entity.SystemParameterEOlmpl.getSetOfBookssld()*because"sysParam" is null

Is there anyone who also encountered the same error? Is there a proper documentation to check why this occur?
