Requirement is to submit absence with an increment of 0.5 days only.

We have a requirement to submit an absence with an increment of 0.5 days only not to be allowed as 0.63/0.75 etc. One can submit an absence with 0.5/1/1.5 days.
Is it possible to have this requirement without any Validation FF, just with the functional configuration.
