Abrupt and unprofessional service withdrawal of Ask Oracle Home page Layout

How can Oracle pull a functionality out with such little notice - this is very painful for those users that are already using this feature - We went live with Home with Ask Oracle on June 1 after user communications, training, and adoption efforts. Oracle’s decision to remove the layout shortly after rollout creates significant change-management impact and hurts user confidence. Please advise whether an exception, deferral, or supported transition option is available, and provide clear timing and customer messaging.
