Summary:

We are implementing Fusion Field Service and as part of that i want to trigger emails based on Fusion field Service Work Order status however looks like it is considering status only from Oracle Field Service Cloud Work Order type and not Fusion field service Work Order type.

If this is not the correct place, what options can i use to send emails to either tech's or customers for Fusion Field Service work Orders in Oracle Fusion.

Please note that we are using Fusion Field Service and not Oracle Field Service Cloud
