How to add warning message while selecting the option in ICP

Hello team,
Is it possible to add a warning message when a user selects the plan options under the Individual Compensation Plan. User is asking Would it be possible to add a warning message when one select one of the options – either embedded on the page or as a pop up?
This requirement is needed to let the users know the message while raising a ICP request. If this is possible, could you kindly let me know the workarounds?
