Unable to see skills when I click on a job i have saved in my career interests

when i go to Me → Career and Performance → Career Development I select the job i have saved in my Careers of Interest, which in this case is HR Officer. I click on HR Officer and i can see the job description i entered on the job profile as well as the competencies being populated, but when i go to the skill section of the page none of the skills are visible.

I have added skills to the job profile but i am not sure why they are not appearing. Please can anyone advise how i can address this. Thank you
