Show time cards to admin even if only absence hours (no regular working hours)
Summary:
The business has a need to see time cards from My Client Groups > Time Management > Team Time Cards even if there are just Absence hours and no hours that are enterable on the time card. For example, if an employee enters Sick time under Absences, they are seen on the time card IF a time card is created by the user. If an absence is added in the absence module but there is no time card created by the end user because they don't have any working time during that period, when an admin searches for time cards,
