Display Salary Ranges from Progression Grade Ladder

Summary:

We are a hospitality company with locations across countries. Locations outside US have one salary range and we were able to use the Grade Rate to display the ranges. For US, we apply the salary differential by location on the National Average and then ROUND THE MIN, MAX.

We tried to use the Grade Ladder but with REDWOOD, we do not have capability to create Grade Ladders for Grades without Steps. Within one of the posts here, We were suggested to use Progression Grade Ladder with eligibility profile to make sure employees do not progress.

We created multiple progression grade ladders with Grades and added the MIN, MAX for each grade in progression grade ladders.
