UPS PARCEL Rates Connectivity with OTM

We have a requirement to capture UPS rates directly in OTM. UPS offers multiple rate options, and we would like to establish direct connectivity with OTM to retrieve those rates.

Is there a way to support this in OTM? If so, what are the most suitable methods or best practices for integrating UPS rate retrieval directly into OTM?
