Line Manager is seeing a terminated worker as a direct report on the My Team Goals page (Performance and Development).

Would not have expected the leaver to show on the team goals page as they left in 2022.

Having invested the CoreHR leaver record the terminated worker does not have an effective end date against the manager relationship, so don't think the process ran at the time (had 12 other leavers on the same date, but only this one has blank effective end date).

The leaver CoreHR record has a termination date and shows resigned in Oct-2022.
