How to transact resources for an Optional Operation through Production Execution task

Summary:

We have an Optional Operation that is not assigned to a workstation, and we are not seeing a place within the Production Execution task to manually charge the resource usage to the operation like we were able to in the classic screen. Is the only way to do this through Report Resource Transactions?
